#8After what happened with the coronavirus, the thing that interests me is how much of this system will also appear in the west with a different name. It is unclear that there are many holdouts in government with in-principle objections to such a system.

#10Realistically I don’t see this can be applied in Xi’s lifetime at scale to the vast poor rural area and population - if it did it means China would be entirely modernized.
