#2But that's Russian Youtube right? So it's controlled by Russians and decisions are made in Moscow. Only way of fixing it is quitting Russian market.

Russia doesn't have a KGB.
And Belarus is independent from Moscow, it's no more a republic in a union of councils of socialists republics.

But there is no Belarusian office of Youtube. Everything Belarusian is managed with the Russian office...
