Easy-ISLisp(EISL) is an interpreter and compiler compatible with the ISLisp standard. EISL was written by Kenichi Sasagawa https://qiita.com/sym_num/items/793adfe118514668e5b0

I'm Sasagawa, the creator and maintainer of Easy-ISLisp (EISL). Thank you for introducing EISL. We are improving it to be fully compatible with the ISLisp standard.

It is minimally simpler than Common Lisp and largely influenced by it. One could also argue that there are some improvements in language design. It's an international standard with a few implementations.
