I'm the author of this app. I wanted a simple way to create a CV that looks like a timeline and have the possibility to share it with an url. I think it's a lot easier to get an overview of ones experiences when their visualized in a timeline. I used LinkedIn before, but it started to look more and more like a social network lately and all the ads were also disturbing. It's still in a very raw state and it's probably best to view it in desktop mode (i.e. not in mobile). But if you have some ideas what to add/change, I would be happy to hear them!

Nicely done, I used the same approach on my own CV.
One thing I find difficult with a timeline is to display overlapping positions (part time contracts as a freelancer are a common thing for me).
I usually sort by end-date because when you leave seems more important than when you start.

Yes, the overlapping position is a tricky one, not sure yet whats the best solution for it. Perhaps then the vertical timeline bars should be split into multiple bars that are parallel. I need to test it. Thanks for pointing that out.

#5Just one comment. The word Puu looks and sounds a lot like Poo to me. Not sure I would want to associate that with my employment history.

#6Cool tool. Can you embed the timeline? A few other things:
-- customize the URL -- customize the colors -- better display for overlapping positions -- a different name other than "Puu"

Hi. I recommend changing the name. The current one has rather unfortunate connotations.

Yep I agree. The app looks great (good job!) but definitely change the name (in my opinion).
