Convoy is hiring software engineers. The base pay and benefits are competitive with generous pre-IPO equity grants. If you've been round a supermarket or out-of-town retail park anywhere in the UK or Europe, you've probably shopped at one of our customers. We're the company that give staff at those stores headsets to improve their communications and safety. Roughly 6000 stores to be precise, with around 60,000 headsets.

We're a Deloitte Fast 50 employer (https://www.deloitte.co.uk/fast50/winners/2019/winner-profil...) that is still growing ridiculously fast and 2021/22 is the year we're taking our products to the USA, where we could easily double our store count with a single customer sale.

We're a Javascript/Typescript stack top to bottom, with MQTT, K8s, Azure, React and more.

We're looking for great senior engineers with a wealth of experience, ideally in the appliance space (set top boxes, smart X, IoT devices etc) and enthusiastic middle-level engineers willing to get stuck in.
