People here don't seem to realise all this was from pressure from fundamentalist christian groups like Exodus Cry, which managed to collect 2 million signatures pretending to want to protect sex workers and be anti-trafficking. Their end-goal however is a lot simpler: get rid of all porn.
I doubt OnlyFans ever intended to actually do this. Just a creative marketing blitz to drum up awareness. Next up, McDonald's to stop selling Cheeseburgers and Tesla to stop making cars.
