Sure, just a gas RC helicopter at 700 size can match a full size helicopter in speed, service ceiling, and last an hour.

Basic IR shielding is not actually that complicated, you just need an opening to mix cold air with the exhaust as seen on the new H-60 derivatives.

Exhaust will always mix with ambient air. You make it sound trivial to develop a turbine engine that won't show up on a thermal camera. If have figured out how to make doing so simple I'm sure many militarys are willing to pay billions for your ideas.
