You mean like a bookmarklet? Manage > Goodies has a bunch of browser-specific hacks to make the RSS button go to NewsBlur. There's also a bookmarklet that lets you add a site to a folder (and create a folder if you want) from the site itself.

#117I check HN first, my favorite blogs directly second, and the current forums I'm reading third. If I have more time to burn (rarely), I sign in to Reader. I liberally built up my RSS feed with lots of things, so it's great for skimming, but the signal:noise ratio isn't all that great. Hence, my fourth choice for getting some information/entertainment.
