The vaccine is statistically shown to be a better alternative to getting the virus.
Also, it results in far less strain on the economy. Far fewer negative externalities. The expense of treating a handful of people that show reactions is a pittance to the millions that have died of Covid, and the hundreds of thousands of medical hours spent dealing with this virus. And the trillions of dollars of relief spent in logistics and stimulus.
