Using the Shelly Plug to monitor Starlink's power consumption

I haven't run it in a couple years, but for a while I had my zwave devices logging their power, and I was recording it in Prometheus. I've been meaning to set this back up! I'm on vacation but brought a zwave dongle & power switch with me.
