#2Too much information of all kinds is noise, so it's analogous to no information at all.

#3Information is effectively unlimited. Attention is not. It's very popular to call someone "willfully ignorant" when they either disagree with you or they don't know about problem [xyz]. But there are an infinite amount of issues in this world and there is simply no way to be concerned about enough to make others happy. Everyone has their own worries and life to live.
