I've developed a pretty strong aversion it's true. To the point where being high doesn't feel nice anymore. I also know two people with PhDs who smoke, they are the kind that limit themselves to smoking in the evening. I find this kind of phrasing confusing. I think most people would prefer their substance and activity of choice over getting a job, most people just don't have that option. I'm guessing these kids are being supported by their parents or partners?
