#4Complacency is the bane of security. If you aren't at least trying to preserve your privacy, you are getting pwned. You can see this in the simple dictionary passwords this service provider used.

The best way to get the mods' attention is to email them using the contact link in the footer. In my experience they're quite responsive. Just flagging it won't provide them context as to why it was flagged.

It was a joint operation, "Five Eyes", where multiple countries including the US and UK were found to be spying on their citizens through internet-sea cables, among other things.
