so I was accepted to a UNI CS program.
Technology is my passion and I love learning and re-learning stuff. Last time I saw any mathematics was 3-4 years ago and since I have just a few months left before I start the curriculum so I'd like to get back on track.
What is an absolute best book for re-learning math if you already know the underlying meaning behind the concepts? (Bonus points if it's already CS-oriented)

No idea about the best book, but one of the best things I did some time ago, was to log in to khanacademy.org, and started doing some courses to re-learn a few things.
Even things from algebra I and II, and trigonometry were interesting to re-learn.
Now I'm reading some GIS projection code, and watching movies on calculus & trigonometry to refresh on integrals, matrix calculus, and sine/cosine.
Maybe try Khan Academy and check the textbooks for some CS programs in universities.

Since then some time passed and I visited the website on few occasions and I remember being astonished how much content they added.

Since my primary goal is just to "look and suck up" the information rather than actively practice (I know, it's not a good decision but whatever), this will be really useful, thank you.
