#2Austin has terrible housing prices (and likely the same for office space). Miami is hot as balls (I assume), and is fairly tourist focused. Plus who knows how long it will stay above the water line.
But in reality, start a business where you are, and move it to be closer to your customers, suppliers, or employees.

They have water seeping up into parking garages now. Worse than it was a few years ago. These are the good old days.
