Donald Trump - he's an American citizen. He was officially elected as the president of America some years back. Fine bloke! Always brought a smile on people's faces. He used to call himself the best of the best, some people considered that narcissist.
I think the author is saying that this Andrew Lee bloke, is trying his best of the best to be like Trump.

Some people really don't like Trump, myself included. Some people find opportunity to stick it to him - so what? I find it funny that a man who so values his notoriety is then defended for his notoriety by those same people who value that man. There are so many walking contradictions in folks who "admire" Trump.
