Another "i broke a rule in google/YouTube, they deleted me and I don't know what I did or how to get it back" story.

The commonalities in this scene amazed me. How come there hasn't been a class action yet? Not on the individuals breach: on the lack of a fair process to review which is comprehensible and documented.

Every one of these i read about here have two useful comments: firstly, do not skip any step in the sequence google demands you use to communicate with them,

and secondly have friends on the inside, or achieve critical mass in a shameless public takedown.

It sucks because I followed the form they sent me and their response was: "Your account doesn't exist".

Well yeh because you guys deleted it...

End of communication. nothing I can do and No one I can contact...

More like hoping to reach someone on the inside that can help but if not at least I put wrote it down... help a bit.

First step was to kill myself but the suicide hotline stopped me.

I've only two comments. Why the hell aren't our governments doing considerably more to protect us users from these miserable corporate carpetbaggers?

And second, I find it very hard to believe that backups don't exist, especially so in circumstances such as this case. (Even Blind Freddy would know that failing to do backups in these circumstances would ultimately have major consequences for Google—either from legal action brought on by aggrieved users and or legislative changes that will result in negative outcomes for Google.)
