#22I think that the real decentralized solutions can only happen when the cost of "I'm going to build my own with blackjack and hookers" is free or at least until the price is embedable into "usual" costs, like if your phone could become your decentralized, always-available hub

Punishment for crimes like hate speech should be enforced Can I assume you're not in America? In the USA, "hate speech" is not, and cannot be, a crime. The 1st Amendment forbids content-based limitations on speech.
