At a guess, some remaining right to publicly speak wrong things to later get ridiculed for it... I don't know, I'm not a human rights advocate, or something...

It's going to be interesting to see the inevitable backlash when some fascist populist leader rises to power and uses the normalized vocabulary of "spreading misinformation" to abuse people.
