Australia is also the country where they were removing aboriginal children [1] from their parents and put into foster care because aboriginal population were not civilized enough to raise children. Of course, the children faced horrific abuse and neglect in foster care. Crikey, mate, criminal.

Well, I’m sure you can find Almost unlimited examples of child neglect in any culture, you changed the subject from the original article and brought this up.

It’s obvious that China’s concern is manufactured and part of an ongoing disinformation and economic campaign.
All I did was find a contemporaneous example, that included a supporting quote from an indigenous community leader and elected politician, that shows this particular situation that you drew a false equivalence to, is not simply reduced to “black and white.”
