#9It's an expression of frustration. No reasonable person would interpret that as a genuine threat of violence.
If this is enough to get to the poor sheltered 'victim', I hope he never plays a multiplayer video game, expresses an unpopular political opinion on social media, or nicks someone's car in the parking lot. It's part of life.

#10The person is mentality ill. Their sentences break with grammar. The have no literal meaning. Commenting on anything they say ("He’s already stated that he’s lost $15M of business") is meaningless.
Perhaps how to respond might be worth talking about. I think it's simple. Do not. Don't blog. Don't email. If you have to, talk to the police.
It's possible they are a GPT. I think if the AI ethics people weren't the awful people they are, this is something they would have discussed by now. The two will overlap and it will become an actual ethics issue, especially when GPT tries to act like they are mentally ill.
