#3I believe that this is new. I received an email from them about opening orders by address on a first come first serve basis with $99 deposit.

It's a little on the pricey side but at least, as far I know, it's not comcast or at&t.

#5I'm hoping some time soon that the fixed location requirement is lifted, or at the very least they allow users to sign up to it as a sort of mobile service. I know it isn't handheld, but for people who move around a lot and especially who work in remote outdoor situations, the ability to move around with this service would be amazing.
I'm sure at some point, when they do have the satellite to satellite links in the sky and there aren't ground station bottlenecks they will. High speed internet on the oceans or for travelers in rural areas is an untouched market.
