As a business owner, would you be interested in a chatbot that can actually resolve queries of your customers/prospects on your website?

Most chatbots are useless because they can only answer so much based on an algorithm. I prefer to talk to humans BUT for my own business, I have setup a Chatbot that asks a couple of questions before redirecting to a human. I also make it clear that the chatbot is a bot but will forward to a human after asking a couple of questions.

Thanks for the reply! It makes sense to tell the customers upfront that it's a bot so that their expectations are also aligned.

What questions do you ask on the bot before redirecting to human? Can you share the link to your website so that I may try it out myself. Thanks!
