#13Can't they somehow verify themselves and then be allowed to upload anything they want[1]? I thought the problem was that anyone could make an account and upload whatever they wished like child pornography, hidden cams, etc. [1] As long as it is legal and it's their own stuff.

Same way you ensure any other person isn’t being exploited. Society provides resources allowing the person to have the opportunity to not be leveraged into exploitation as their only option.
