We’re looking for engineers and researchers with strong SW development skills combined with strong mathematical thinking, and a drive to work on robotic systems. We are open to an experience range from new grads to world-class technical leaders.

CitizenLab builds e-democracy platform for local governments, allowing them to engage their citizens in decision making. We aim to make local democracy more inclusive and representative.

We are currently looking for a senior full-stack engineer well-versed in Elixir and Phoenix. A specific feature of our product, called 'online workshops', is all about real-time textual interaction in various forms, in combination with Jitsi video calls. It's built on top of Phoenix LiveView.

In this role you'll take the lead on bringing workshops to the next level in a dedicated workshops squad, together with a designer, a fellow developer and a product manager.

We're a scaleup with about 40 people in total, and a talented product/development team of 15 people.
