Also kind of ironic to show a big picture of an iPhone prominently on the frontpage. You can't even install your own software on it without rooting it or getting a devkit. Perhaps showing a pinephone or a Librem 5 would be more fitting.

Not only that, but also a Mac, both of them featuring only propietary software. The idea is great, the design should be redone IMO.

Also hopefully, over time, they gain a preference for Free Software since they seem to prefer Open Source for ethical reasons. It's a point of pride for Open Source that it asks no ethical questions; only because of that it conforms to the ethical stance of Free Software because it's willing to conform to the ethical stance of any distributor.
Why does this site require JS to display content at all?
Modern webpages don't load unless they have at least 5 years access to your medical records. This page is the attempt of a non-coder, who believes that Open Source is an ethical (and privacy-aware) choice, to share resources with other people. As a non-coder, they are only exposed to the trash tools that we as programmers give them now, hence the page is as it is, no worse than the average restaurant's site. Hopefull…

- Yes, comparisons are very time consuming to make. Most comparisons at Internet are out of date, usually new features are added to software all the time. I also have not found up-to-date comparisons site. Comparisons pages can also get very long, some kind of summary would be nice, if possible. Maybe it's just me but this points to a PDF export. The /edit suffix is getting changed to /export?format=pdf. The "non-clickable" link points to /edit which gives me an HTML version.
What browser are you using?
