Coercing Windows 10 to install on a NVMe drive

Did a clean Win10 install (my first time using a Windows > 7) from USB to nvme a few months back, not a single issue. Didn't even know it was theoretically an issue.

TFA seems to indicate it's only an issue for some, but I don't get a great feeling for whether this is considered a widespread issue or a very narrow edge case.
