I gather making paragraphs that make any sense would require either a very advanced algorithm or an AI?
Its tough. The easy solution I plan on implementing soon is just letting the user adjust where newlines are inserted, every 5 sentences or 6 sentences. Other plan further out would be to see where the silences in the video are and insert newlines there.
Have you looked into text analysis with natural language processing?
