#14250 users saying the lightbulb at their house is working, so it must be a configuration error. Suggest looking at the output of lgtconfig -v to debug.
They are probably using "systemd-lightd", so the right command would be "lightctl status".

Not so funny with modern IoT, maybe firmware upgrade is needed or restart wireless router :)
People used to laugh that "reboot your phone/car" was humorous, now "reboot your lightbulb" is a real action that has to be taken at times.

Bulb will flash on and off 3 times if it has been successfully reset.TIP: If the factory reset above was unsuccessful, you might have an older version of the C by GE bulb. Please follow the instructions below to reset.

Be aware you need to pass: lightctl --user --room # command Per room session otherwise you'll control all the lighting and annoy other users.

#145I remember back in the old days there was a whole stack of this sort of joke. It started with "How many electrical engineers does it take to change a lightbulb?" "We'll fix the problem in software!" "How many software engineers does it take to change..." All the way through to "How many Microsoft executives does it take to change a lightbulb?" "Darkness. The new standard from Microsoft!" Bonus points for those who co…

#148> 1 to remind everyone that the right name is GNU/Lightbulb it still cracks me up everytime I read it :D
This part got me. Would also add 1 user to say light is free as in speech and 1 to argue it’s free as in beer.
