Does a consumer-friendly version of a Pi-Hole, one that would be easy for someone non-technical to set up, exist? If not, is there a reason why?

#3Pi-hole is only effective when paired with NAT rules on your router to capture all DNS lookups.
Maybe there are routers with Pi-hole installed? I haven’t looked. I’ll bet there are guides for installing Pi-hole on edge routers, for example. You could then give the router to someone, ready to go.

#4If by Pi-Hole you mean a host-based adblocking solution, NextDNS is perhaps the most consumer-friendly. I am a paying customer myself and highly recommend it.
But if you mean a _local_ host-based adblocking hardware solution for your entire network then I don't know, unfortunately.
