Diego Maradona has died

While a great football player, also serial abuser of minors. He had sex [and offspring] with many girls between 10 and 12. Even took pictures on the spot with some of them.

Argentina is have a three day duel for this guy, portrayed as a hero, with honorific status.

As someone born in Argentina, I can't help feeling disgust and shame on this.

Maradona’s documentary on HBO is excellent and really captures how incredibly far his talent was. Not just an outlier. Completely out of this world. He basically won a World Cup by himself.

Really recommend it to anyone interested.

He was 60? I thought he was a lot older. RIP

He played in a time where Soccer was almost amateur. See the criminal fouls to Maradona in the 80's. In comparison Pele was treated like a sweet flower.
