Are you interested? Great, we'd love to hear from you. Just send us an email at talent@justwatch.com. We don’t believe perfect CVs exist, we just want to know who you are and who you want to become.

Language Learning with Netflix/Youtube Chrome Extensions | Generalist developers | Europe | ~70% REMOTE ~30% Working together in a rented apartment somewhere.

The two of us develop a Chrome Extension for learning languages. One million highly appreciative users, mostly in Asia. It's pimp, take a look. We have big plans for new features/products and would like to move forward faster. Bootstrapped, we have a steady and growing income from our users. Looking for an experienced developer (or possibly two) to join us.

Skills we need (the more the better. You will wear a few hats):

  - React Native or Flutter for Mobile (native iOS/Android also good).
  - Modern Natural Language Processing, applying deep learning for new tasks.
  - General Linux backend, Postgres, NGINX, Node, Firebase.
  - General front-end stuff (with Typescript).
Being a language learning nut is a big plus. The work is challenging and interesting.

We can offer:

  - A nice developer salary by European standards.
  - Over time, meaningful and real ownership of the project.
  - Employee canteen with unlimited greasy burek, ayran and cigarettes.
For more info: https://forum.languagelearningwithnetflix.com/t/hey-develope...

EDIT: Our last review on the Webstore: "FANTASTIC. This extension makes PERFECT sense. Very well-developed and thought out software."
