#6I feel like the term intermittent fasting is used by many folks to mean different things. It would be nice if there were more precise terminology here so we could communicate more clearly.

Per the figures, it looks like 16 hours had the largest effect, even larger than 24 hour fasts. But this is mouse data and should all be taken with a huge grain of salt.
But only once every 16 hours, apparently.

#1016 hours for a mouse is probably equivalent to fasting multiple days for humans.
