A $500 luxury entertainment product even. Maybe they should team up with Affirm that was "helping people build credit" by financing $400 jeans.

Payment plans are everywhere. It’s not about needing it so much as just not having that much disposable cash. $25 a month for two years is a lot more doable than $500 at once.
