#3A recognition of self was what it took for me. Changed my life situation pretty recently for the better after a realization following a personal conversation with a close friend. The realization undermined a lot of my assumptions about how I was living my life, but it took substantial input and questioning from them for me to understand it; it was akin to pulling a thread and unraveling a tapestry, so to speak.
Can't say this is true for everyone, but it was for me.
tl;dr a bit of both.

to me it seems like a distortion caused by a Federal Gov that guarantees payment to universities in the form of federally backed student loans.

huh? there’s plenty of colleges to choose from and yet costs go up every year. to me it seems like a distortion caused by a Federal Gov that guarantees payment to universities in the form of federally backed student loans.
