We had them at Intel, and I completely hated it, then 2015 rolled around with hot seats and the open office and I learned how lucky I was

#265I met him at filming of one of the early seasons (maybe first?) in Vegas - he was warm and inviting even then before he became a household name.
Why do the good people always seem to die young yet assholes live forever? Ugh.
We are pretty much the same age so this also hits doubly close to home for me. Prayers for his friends and family.

While I agree, I think XKCD had a great take on this: https://xkcd.com/397/ They weren't rigorous, and the results weren't always correct, but they were showing the core of science.
Ugh - I want to scream whenever I hear some idiot spout "the science is settled!" - there's so much wrong with that statement it would be less painful if my head literally exploded.

So what can be done preventatively against a brain aneurysm? Seems like there is something called a Magnetic Resonance Angiography.
Diet and exercise.
And sleep. Since I made a real effort to re-establish regular sleeping patterns of sufficient length (sadly I need a full 8 hours) the diet and exercise thing also got a lot easier to whip into shape too.
