Taptap Send is seeking an ambitious individual to launch its operations team in Belgium and to support its business operations across Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for and work across all aspects of Taptap Send’s daily operations in Belgium and Europe, including tracking and troubleshooting service issues, performing key business analyses and managing FX across multiple currencies being the glue between all the functions of the company, and working with our external vendors to deliver a high quality product.
