It could be more work than you had in mind, but you can very likely jailbreak your phone, export the database (or keychain?), then restore from backup (assuming you don't want to keep the jailbreak)
Back in the old days, when iTunes would backup phones to your Mac, I have personal experience decrypting the backups to extract files, but I don't know that the approach works anymore

I lost hope a year ago and switched to FreeOTP, which doesn’t hold your keys hostage.
Its a little buggy, but that’s worth Google not owning my keys and keeping them from me.

I lost hope a year ago and switched to FreeOTP, which doesn’t hold your keys hostage. Its a little buggy, but that’s worth Google not owning my keys and keeping them from me.
Perhaps look into andotp. freeotp hasn't been updated in ages. It was a fork of the original google app, but didn't see much development after that.

#6LastPass Authenticator performs backups to your account. Of course, I don't keep both the password and the OTP in the same account.
