This person seems to be using HN as some sort of MVP validation service. That URL has pointed to no less than four different APIs in the past two weeks.

This person seems to be using HN as some sort of MVP validation service. That URL has pointed to no less than four different APIs in the past two weeks.

It looks an awful lot like an email harvesting operation.

Sorry I indeed tried to validate ideas with a couple websites on the same hostname. Ngram and reverse geocoding are 2 APIs I created and used in other products, and because I found them useful, I tried to spin them off as standalone services.
