Yes but their National 'soccer' association now calls themselves Football Federation Australia, in line with international usage.

Fantasy football is you managing a soccer team roster with points given to your chosen players based on real world performance the past week.
Is there some skill that links chess to this? Seems to improbable for a coincidence
(I played a few games of chess today morning and I can barely remember the openings I played!)
