Great for writing a hydra. A multi-headed worm to break an encryption and then sniff out latent digital footprints throughout an encrypted network.

Yeah but I've listened to all of their stuff so many times. I really enjoy listening to new stuff when I work so it doesn't distract me with memories.

For ambient stuff which is not distracting I usually search for "liquid drum and bass" mixes on youtube.

High BPM music is fine for non-thinking tasks. If I have to actually debug a complicated issue it becomes counterproductive.

I found The Social Network soundtrack works decent for me. Of course I also like Retrowave/Synthwave and Eurobeat. They may not be the "best" for concentration and working, but I like them and they seem to help.

Nothing better than Gamelan, the album Degung Sabilulungan vol. 2 in particular[0]

The repetitive, gentle sounds put me into a high efficiency mode without putting me to sleep like most ambient.
