#12The best management book I read this year was "The Making of a Manager" by Julie Zhou [1]. The book is concise, clearly written and actionable. It's specifically written for first time managers and the author is a design lead at Facebook. [1]: https://www.amazon.com/Making-Manager-What-Everyone-Looks/dp...

#15I'm not 100% sold on it being correct, but it does give you a framework to think within when you're working with other people, no matter which culture you're from.
Forbes have a decent write-up:

#18Also Extreme Ownership [1] and Dichotomy of Leadership [2] by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin.
All of these books had tremendous impact on me as a leader and I highly recommend them.
