Integrating new sources of interesting data many of which are geospatial in part.

These threads are one of our top 2 most effective hiring vectors; we've hired many people off HN, and the candidates we get from HN are the best candidates we get from any source.
The caliber of people we've been able to hire from HN is one of the primary reasons I spend time here.
