#2CosmosDB + Azure SignalR maybe? I'm not experienced with Firebase, though.
It might not be such a good option if you are not willing to get your hands dirty with some backend code.

#3I think Parse (https://parseplatform.org/) may be the closest to Firebase. You can host it by yourself or use a provider like Back4App (https://www.back4app.com/)
