Any big take away from this book so far? I was diagnosed with ADD in my early twenties, been trying to learn as much as I can.
I'm only a third of the way into it, but so far it's been about how ADD generally appears in a child as a response to a parent's heightened stress levels over a prolonged period of time. He shows a few examples that parallel what I remember from my childhood, so I'm interested in seeing where it goes from here. All "origins" and no "healing" yet though, which is what I'm primarily interested in. It's too early to say…
Thanks!
