Been programming in PHP for 15 years, 6 professionally. Been using the React stack for a year now, lots to learn but fairly comfortable now. Can handle most aspects of a project - from initial design to fully working MVP - as a solo developer, but enjoy working with teams too. I run a sole-proprietorship with experience contracting to American companies, and happy to walk through the specifics.
