It's not surprising that two different organizations would have two different headlines. That's common sense, not a conspiracy.

Still not a conspiracy but as a non US citizen it's clear that a lot of the US media doesn't treat China the same as the US. I am sure it's like that in every country, but that makes it difficult to find objective news, or at least news that doesn't have an emotional charge to it.
The reason they inject emotion into the headlines is because that's what people want.
