Challenges 1)Do you have the right Monetization Model? 2)Do you have the right channel partners to reach customers? 3)Have you gained critical mass in one city. Probably where you stay or targeted city?

Ideas are worth nothing. You can always express your ideas without disclosing IPR. Imagine you're publishing your startup website? Does it disclose your IPR? Likely no
The idea is the execution map (the guiding light). I.e. you can have perfect execution, but if the idea is not good, its all waste.
