#2A lack of accidents doesn’t make a vehicle safer. It just means that there aren’t as many on the road.
I don’t have the numbers, couldn’t really find anything online, but I’m sure the number of Tesla’s on the road is a fraction of Toyota’s

#6They aren't saying that Tesla isn't safe. They are saying there isn't enough crash data to have it in the list.
