#4I love this idea. As someone currently living in Helsinki but having been an expat before, having support in finding the way at the beginning is so valuable.
I hope this will evolve into a one-stop shop at finding information about paperwork, apartments, bank/phone/utilities etc that are always different in every country and lots of work to be figured out.
If there's a city-provided service that reduces stress on that level, it would be super attractive to me.

If you click the link for the "demo" [1] you get some more information, but still it's not super clear.
What are the application requirements? Do you have to be a developer to get accepted? Would appreciate to know more about this project.
